We stayed 2 nights in the king room with the private bathroom (not ensuite). Property is ideally located to visit Canterbury. You can leave your car (in secure parking space) & walk 5 min. to city centre. Very clean property. We had the house all to ourselves which was an added bonus. Breakfast is at a local business where you can choose anything you want and is VERY good value for money. Price of stay was very good compared to other properties. Very helpful & friendly owners. Proximity to city centre & cleanliness of property. Fact of secure parking. Breakfast.
Dislikes:
Add some toiletries (shower gel/shampoo) as this is provided in most B&B's and make it more clear that the bathroom with the room is 2 floors down (expected ensuite). More suited as holiday rental!

I loved the set up and the access to lounge and kitchen although I didn't have time to use them. I loved the buildings - old and new. I also appreciated the location.
Dislikes:
The shower was OK but not hugely powerful. A hairdryer in room would have been nice too.
